Dear Sir,
We are a manufacturer for sequin device/cording device/boring device for the embroidery machine /shifling machine(it calls as 15yards m/c) including sequin press making machine in Korea. We can fix it on to the new or used embroidery machine for any brands of m/c. I.e., tajima, zsk, swf, barudan or china's. If needed, we can extend the table size from 550mm up to 1000mm to produce 44" width fabrics. We also can supply plenty of beautiful fancy design(sequin, sequin with cording, sequin with embroidery
Design, etc..) and software program as well.
Additional information, we'd like to give you more details as follows :
1. SEQUIN DEVICE
It's operate by stepping motor.
Our product is built in the controller and driver at the sequin device. We are the first
manufacturer in the world who made of sequin device with controller and driver built in .
So, it's quite easy and simple operation to compare with others.
It's possible to attach it to any brands' embroidery machine except barudan round shape. We only need to know the head interval of the machine for the harness. All the harness work is also easy so that every lines are made of different connector shape. So, it just plugs in with the same shape of connector only. It's also very easy to see the sequin works during the operation or setting so that it's supposed to be attached at the left side of needle base. You can use normal spangle
(sequin) - 100% polyester 150 micron film. The standard sequin size is 5mm.
No matter about the shapes of sequin. Additionally, you can have 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 7mm as extra option. To change the size of sequin, you only need to change the knife base, sequin feeding roller. and the indicator of the stepping motor. To change the size of sequin, you can have the extra part at US$200.00 per unit only. Changing the extra part, it needed 5minutes per unit.
It's only need a power supply (24V) additionally to make the sequin work separately to avoid causing problem with main CPU of the machine. One power supply (24V, 15A) can cover 20units of sequin devices.
For your reference, please kindly refer followings :
- Installation time of the sequin device
Power supply : 1 hour approx.
Sequin unit : 30 minutes per unit
I.e.. : 20units x 30min. + 1hour = 11hours including harness work.

Special Instruction :
You need one air compressor for it from your side.
2. CORDING DEVICE
It's simply attached at the left side of needle base.
It's not necessary any controller nor driver for it.
It's one touch system.
You can use normal cording thread.

INSTALLATION : We supply a C/D which can see the step of the installation
from the start up to the end.
GUARANTY : Within 12months for the electronic and mechanical parts of it.
3. Boring Device
It's simply to be attached at the one of needle bars at the embroidery machine.
It's not necessary any controller nor driver for it.
FOB BUSAN PORT : US$100.00 per unit
MINIMUM Q'TY : 100 units per order.
INSTALLATION : We supply a C/D which can see the step of the installation
from the start up-to the end.
GUARANTY : Within 12months for the electronic and mechanical parts of it.
Maybe, we can go to your country to set up it and give you the final training for it.
If you order over 100 units per order at first time, we will consider to be there to give you all necessary information.
If you needed, we can also extend the table width of the embroidery machine up to 1200mm. We guess there are many embroidery machine which are smaller to produce the 44" fabrics.
For your reference, we also can change the head interval of the embroidery machine.
